I’ve been sick since the weekend so haven’t made any headway with the 101. I have however been sleeping in my new sleepingbag to stay warm while feeling ill. The only complaint I have with it is I wish I had picked up a right handed one instead of the left handed one. I didn’t even think it would be a big issue but it makes things a bit more fiddly, enough to make me wish I had bought the other one. Too late to do anything about it now though so I’ll just live with it.

I picked up a couple of books from Borders during it’s sad chaotic closing phase, The Rough Guide Phrasebook Russian, The Rough Guide to Seattle and Trawler: A Journey Through the North Atlantic by Redmond O’Hanlon. I am currently reading his Congo Journey book and finding it quite interesting. I look forward to the Trawler book.

Can’t wait to go home tonight and just get to my bed.
